This wiki will focus on the original series called The Flintstones from September 30th, 1960 through April 1st, 1966. It was created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera for the first prime-time adult cartoon situation comedy. Originally airing on ABC Network at 8:30 PM every Friday for a total of 166 episodes lasting six seasons. After the series was over a full theatrical film was released called The Man Called Flintstone which was riding the wave of successful movies in the Spy genre.
The Flintstones is now on the regular cable TV schedule on the Cartoon Network every Monday at 11:00 AM.

The premise of the show was "cave people" living a life during pre-historic times which mirrors contemporary society. This wiki will not be hosting anything outside of the first six seasons including spin-offs, live action movies or reboots done by Seth MacFarlane and FOX Network.
